Azerbaijan, Côte d’Ivoire discuss expanding bilateral and multilateral cooperation

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Côte d’Ivoire’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Nialé Kaba on the sidelines of the 81st session of the UN General Assembly in New York.

According to Azerbaijan’s Foreign Ministry, the sides highlighted the dynamic development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Côte d’Ivoire, stressing the role of inter-parliamentary contacts, high-level visits and regular political consultations in strengthening bilateral and multilateral cooperation.

The meeting also featured an exchange of views on Azerbaijan’s active engagement in and chairmanship of international platforms, its expanding cooperation with African countries, and key regional developments, the ministry said in a post on X.
