Azerbaijan demands accurate landmine maps from Armenia

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry issued a statement demanding that Armenia provide accurate maps of mines planted on Azerbaijani territory during the decades-long occupation.

“As a result of another landmine explosion Azerbaijani civilian was injured far from the former line of contact, in the Lachin region, where recently 2021-Armenia-produced landmines were revealed. The number of Azerbaijani victims since the 2020 war is 290. Armenia has to hand over accurate landmine maps,” Caliber.Az quotes the ministry as tweeting on April 13.
