Azerbaijan establishing Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council
Azerbaijan is establishing the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Council of Azerbaijanis (EAPCA).
“The EAPCA, a new international transnational lobbying council of Azerbaijanis, will be established in Brussels. The council will be created at a congress of Azerbaijani diaspora organisations operating in the Euro-Atlantic countries on February 24,” Head of the initiative group, honorary president of the Congress of Azerbaijanis of Benilux Sahil Gasimov told Report.
“The purpose of establishing the council is to combat the recent intensified attacks by Western countries against Azerbaijan, calling into question Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity, providing Armenia with weapons and increasing pressure on Azerbaijan by PACE and the US. Our goals are to convey the truth about Azerbaijan to the world community and lobbying,” he added.
