Azerbaijan, Georgia emphasize growing political dialogue in key phone talk

On March 6, 2025, a phone call between Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili underscored the deepening strategic partnership between the two countries.

According to a statement from Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ministers discussed the current state of bilateral relations, highlighting the robust political dialogue that has flourished between the two nations, Caliber.Az reports.

Both Bayramov and Botchorishvili agreed that the high-level political exchanges, coupled with intensive visits and ongoing consultations, play a vital role in further solidifying their relationship.

The top diplomats noted that the year ahead holds significant potential for expanding political contacts emphasizing their commitment to building even stronger ties in 2025. The two ministers also touched on regional matters, exchanging perspectives on shared challenges and opportunities within the region.

As both countries look to the future, the conversation marks yet another step in strengthening a partnership built on mutual respect and cooperation.
