Azerbaijan highlights military-technical cooperation at World Defense Show PHOTO

The leadership of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence participated in the World Defense Show 2026, an international defence industry exhibition held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The exhibition featured leading global defence companies. Azerbaijani participants included Azərsilah JSC, under the Ministry of Defence Industry, alongside products from other private Azerbaijani firms, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.

During the visit, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence, held meetings with Saudi Arabia’s Defence Minister Khalid Bin Salman and executives from several companies. The discussions focused on military-technical cooperation and the exchange of strategic perspectives.

The World Defense Show serves as a major platform for presenting innovative technologies, facilitating business engagements, and fostering strategic partnerships among leading global defence companies.
