Black Sea committee adopts draft recommendation on social, humanitarian policy UPDATED/PHOTO
The Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) has adopted a draft recommendation following discussions at its 65th session.
The draft, which focuses on enhancing social and humanitarian cooperation among BSEC member states, was presented by Azerbaijani MP Musa Guliyev, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
Delegates held detailed deliberations before adopting the recommendation.
The session also featured presentations on the activities of member states in the Black Sea region within the framework of BSEC’s social and humanitarian initiatives.

The 65th session of the Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) has begun in Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament).
Delegations from Türkiye, Ukraine, Romania, Bulgaria, and Greece are participating in the meeting, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
The session was opened with a speech by Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis, Ziyafat Asgarov.
Following this, speeches were delivered by MP Eldar Guliyev and Musa Guliyev, Chair of the Milli Majlis Committee on Labour and Social Policy. Further speeches from representatives of other countries are expected.
