Azerbaijan hosts conference on 2026–2030 agricultural development plan PHOTO
Azerbaijan’s autonomous region, Nakhchivan, is holding a conference focused on the 2026–2030 State Program for the development of agricultural, fisheries, and aquaculture production and processing.
Taking place in Sharur, the event has gathered representatives of government institutions, senior officials, heads of local executive bodies, as well as farmers and business owners, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

The participants are reviewing the key objectives and priorities of the new State Program, along with updated support mechanisms aimed at strengthening the agricultural sector.
Discussions also cover the efficient management of water and land resources, expansion of agro-processing and logistics infrastructure, and ways to improve farmers’ access to modern agricultural services and state-backed support schemes.
