Azerbaijan, India set to expand cooperation in bilateral, multilateral formats

Newly appointed Azerbaijani Ambassador to India Elchin Huseynli has presented his credentials to Indian President Draupadi Murmu.

At the meeting E.Huseynli conveyed to the Indian President the greetings of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. Expressing gratitude, Draupadi Murmu, in turn, conveyed her greeting to Ilham Aliyev, Azertag reports.

During the talk, the sides exchanged views on the current state of ties between Azerbaijan and India in various directions, including economic, trade, energy, tourism, humanitarian and other spheres, emphasized the existence of great potential for further expansion of cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats.
