Azerbaijan, Iran discuss bilateral ties at high-level meeting

Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, has held a meeting with Vahid Jalalzadeh, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

According to APA, the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan announced the meeting on its official account on the social media platform X.

During the meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction with the deep historical and cultural ties and the strong bonds uniting the peoples of the two countries.

The parties also reaffirmed their shared intention to further deepen bilateral relations across all areas.
