Azerbaijan, Iran disuss regional agenda in Tashkent PHOTO

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in Uzbekistan's capital Tashkent.

Caliber.Az informs that the meeting announced by the Azerbaijani minister on January 24 on Twitter took place on the sidelines of the Economic Cooperation Organisation's ministerial gathering in Tashkent.

"[I] had a meeting with Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Foreign Minister of Iran, on the sidelines of the 26th Meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organisation's Council of Ministers. Issues related to the bilateral and multilateral cooperation agenda between Azerbaijan and Iran, as well as the latest situation in the region were discussed," Bayramov wrote.
