Interparliamentary working groups of Azerbaijan, Ireland meet virtually
On February 4, an online meeting of the interparliamentary working groups of Azerbaijan and Ireland took place.
Erkin Gadirli, head of the Azerbaijani working group, highlighted its role in expanding cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
He expressed confidence that the Azerbaijan-Ireland interparliamentary working group, established in the Milli Majlis (parliament), will contribute to deepening ties, noting that reciprocal visits play an important role in strengthening relations.
Tony McCormack, head of the Ireland-Azerbaijan friendship parliamentary group, spoke on the development of bilateral relations and expressed confidence that these meetings will provide momentum for further cooperation.
