Azerbaijan joins Türkiye-led “EFES-2026” multinational war games PHOTO

The “EFES - 2026” Combined Joint Multinational Exercise, involving personnel from Azerbaijan, is currently underway in Türkiye, with participating forces focusing on improving interoperability and coordination in complex operational environments.

The head of the Azerbaijani delegation, Lieutenant General Azer Aliyev, inspected the exercise area and was briefed on the conditions established at training sites as well as the execution of assigned tasks, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry.

The exercise is designed to enhance coordination among multinational units during joint operations and to facilitate the exchange of operational experience between participating militaries.
