Azerbaijan, Jordan explore bilateral cooperation prospects
Azerbaijan and Jordan have discussed bilateral collaboration as part of a dialogue between Ali Asadov, Azerbaijan’s Prime Minister and Mazen Turki Sa'oud El Qadi, head of the parliamentary delegation of the Kingdom of Jordan, Azerbaijan’s Cabinet of Ministers has stated.
It said the discussions underlined the importance of hosting the 20th session of the Parliamentary Union of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states in Baku, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
Both sides emphasised that relations between Azerbaijan and Jordan continue to develop successfully, based on friendship, mutual respect, and productive cooperation.
The meeting also highlighted the value of coordination and mutual support between the two countries within international organisations.
In addition, the sides exchanged views on potential avenues for expanding cooperation in various fields of shared interest between Azerbaijan and Jordan.
