Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan discuss expanding cooperation on migration
The head of Azerbaijan's State Migration Service met with Kazakhstan's ambassador to Azerbaijan to discuss expanding bilateral cooperation in the field of migration, the agency said.
According to the State Migration Service, its chief, Vusal Huseynov, held talks with Alim Bayel, Kazakhstan's ambassador to Azerbaijan, focusing on migration policy and opportunities to strengthen cooperation between the two countries, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

During the meeting, Huseynov outlined the State Migration Service's main areas of activity and the priorities of Azerbaijan's migration policy. He also welcomed the growing cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan on migration-related issues.
Ambassador Bayel underscored the importance of bilateral cooperation and said he would work to further strengthen relations between the two countries.
The two officials also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest, the State Migration Service said.
