Azerbaijan, Mexico deepen cooperation in legislative sphere

A delegation of deputies from the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan met with the Chairwoman of the Senate of Mexico, Laura Itzel Castillo, to discuss strengthening interparliamentary relations and legislative cooperation.

The meeting included the participation of Samad Seyidov, Chair of the Committee on International Relations and Interparliamentary Connections; Jala Aliyeva, Chair of the Azerbaijani-Mexican Interparliamentary Working Group; and Sevinj Fatalieva, member of the same group, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Embassy in Mexico.

During the discussions, both sides emphasised their shared commitment to enhancing interparliamentary ties and developing initiatives of mutual interest, highlighting a strong will to deepen cooperation in the legislative field.
