Azerbaijan–Montenegro partnership expands with new consular MoU
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister, Jeyhun Bayramov, and Montenegro’s Foreign Minister, Ervin Ibrahimović, formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on consular cooperation, marking a step forward in bilateral relations.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry noted in a post on the social media platform X, cited by Caliber.Az, that the agreement is designed to enhance collaboration between the two countries in consular matters.

"The signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Consular Affairs between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro took place.
