Azerbaijan, NATO review joint collaboration, military education efforts
An initial assessment meeting was conducted between the distant education specialists of NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) and representatives from the National Defence University (NDU) of Azerbaijan as part of the ongoing DEEP cooperation framework.
During the session, participants reviewed the current state of Azerbaijan’s military education system and evaluated the collaborative efforts under DEEP between Azerbaijan and NATO. The meeting also included a constructive exchange of views on future development prospects, Caliber.Az reports via Defence Ministry.
As part of the visit, NATO specialists also conducted seminars at specialised educational institutions affiliated with the NDU. They provided detailed briefings on the organisation and implementation of distance education within the NATO system.
