Azerbaijan Navy delegation, led by Commander 1st Grade Captain Shahin Mammadov, is visiting Italy to take part in the 9th SEAFUTURE 2025 International Exhibition at the invitation of Italian Navy Chief Admiral Enrico Credendino.

SEAFUTURE 2025 serves as a strategic platform for advancing maritime security, strengthening regional naval cooperation, and facilitating professional exchanges among global naval forces, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Defence Ministry.

The exhibition convenes representatives from multiple countries, leading defence industry stakeholders, and international organisations engaged in security and defence.

During the event, Commander Mammadov held a comprehensive meeting with his Italian counterpart, engaging in detailed discussions on matters of mutual interest and cooperation.

The Azerbaijani delegation conducted a thorough review of the latest maritime technologies, cutting-edge naval systems, and a diverse array of defence products on display.

Participation in SEAFUTURE 2025 underscores the Azerbaijan Navy’s commitment to strengthening its military-technical capabilities and professional expertise.

It also highlights the nation’s expanding role in regional and international security and defence initiatives.
