Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad bin Hamood Albusaidi have signed a deal on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and service passports.
“Azerbaijan and Oman signed an Agreement on mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, and an MoU on consular cooperation — marking another step in strengthening the friendly ties between our two nations,” Caliber.Az quotes the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry’s post on X.

Azerbaijan and Oman established formal ties in 1993. Relations have remained cordial but low-key, focused on energy, trade, and multilateral forums (OIC, UN).
