Azerbaijan opens embassy in Oman, signaling strengthened bilateral ties
The Embassy of Azerbaijan has officially commenced operations in Oman, underscoring the deepening diplomatic and economic ties between the two nations.
The announcement was made by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov via social media platform X, Caliber.Az reports.
FM Bayramov highlighted that the inauguration of the embassy represents a significant milestone in Azerbaijan–Oman relations. He stressed that the new diplomatic mission is intended to foster expanded cooperation across multiple sectors.
"Pleased to attend the official inauguration of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Muscat, Oman. This new diplomatic mission marks a significant milestone, reflecting the growing partnership between our countries.
We are committed to deepening our bilateral cooperation across trade, investment, culture, and tourism, unlocking new opportunities for the people of both Azerbaijan and Oman.
These steps reflect our shared commitment to strengthening political dialogue, people-to-people ties, and long-term partnership,” the post by the minister reads.
