Azerbaijan opens embassy in Thailand Photo

Azerbaijan officially inaugurated its embassy in Thailand during a ceremony held in Bangkok on December 11.

Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov attended the event and raised Azerbaijan’s national flag outside the building that will house the new diplomatic mission, Caliber.Az reports via the Foreign Ministry. 

Mammadov and Thailand’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Vijavat Isarabhakdi, jointly cut a symbolic ribbon to mark the embassy’s opening.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held for invited officials and guests.
