Azerbaijan opens new logistics and training centres for Border Service PHOTO / VIDEO

The State Border Service of Azerbaijan has inaugurated a Logistics Centre and a Training Centre for Border Control as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the social welfare of servicemen, improve service conditions, and strengthen the agency’s material and technical base.

The newly established Training Centre is designed to support the preparation of professional personnel and is equipped with modern classrooms, specialised lecture halls, administrative offices, and auxiliary facilities. The centre provides an upgraded infrastructure intended to ensure a high-quality and efficient educational process for border personnel, Caliber.Az reports, citing the State Border Service.

The Logistics Centre has been developed with new administrative and service buildings, warehouse facilities, and supporting infrastructure built and modernised in line with contemporary standards. The facility is expected to significantly improve the speed and efficiency of logistical and material-technical supply operations.

The leadership of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan visited the sites to inspect the new facilities and review the conditions created, as well as the work carried out during construction and outfitting.
