Azerbaijan, Pakistan bolster naval relations in key diplomatic visit
A delegation led by Rear Admiral Ehsan Ahmed Khan, Deputy Commandant of the Pakistan Navy War College, along with students from the College, visited the Azerbaijani Navy to bolster bilateral naval relations between the two nations.
The visit, provided an opportunity to strengthen ties between the two naval forces, Caliber.Az reports citing Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.
During the meeting, Teymur Murshudov, Captain 1st Rank, First Deputy Commander of the Azerbaijani Navy and Chief of Staff, underscored the importance of Azerbaijan’s cooperation with leading naval powers, emphasizing the pivotal role of the Pakistan Navy in this regard.
The sides exchanged views on a range of topics of mutual interest, paving the way for enhanced collaboration between their naval forces. The delegation was also briefed extensively on the operational activities and capabilities of the Azerbaijani Navy, gaining insight into its strategic initiatives and naval strengths.
