Azerbaijan, Palestine strengthen ties in emergency management
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Emergency Situations, Colonel General Kamaladdin Heydarov, held a meeting with the Ambassador of Palestine to Azerbaijan, Ahmed Metani, to discuss cooperation in the field of emergency management.
During the discussions, both sides emphasized that bilateral relations, founded on mutual respect and friendship, continue to progress positively, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Minister Heydarov briefed Ambassador Metani on Azerbaijan’s ongoing efforts in emergency prevention and response, providing detailed insights into the structure, operations, and initiatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Expressing appreciation for the dialogue, Ambassador Metani highlighted the potential for deepening cooperation between the respective agencies of the two countries and pledged to spare no effort in advancing joint initiatives in emergency preparedness and response.
The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on topics of mutual interest, reinforcing the commitment of both nations to strengthen collaboration in managing and mitigating emergencies.
