Azerbaijan pledges to resolutely resist any attempts to undermine sovereignty

Spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Aykhan Hajizada said in a response to the press service of the German Foreign Ministry on the social network X, Caliber.Az reports.

Aykhan Hajizada also opposed the German Foreign Ministry calling the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan “Nagorno”.

“Armenia pursued an occupation policy for 30 years, turning the region into a `gray zone’. Azerbaijan is determined and capable of protecting and reintegrating its Armenian residents. The relevant UN structures have already been invited to Karabakh to familiarize themselves with the process of humanitarian activities and disarmament.”
