Azerbaijan prepares for high-level visit by Belarusian Vice PM

Belarusian Vice Prime Minister Natalia Petkevich is scheduled to visit Azerbaijan on October 28, 2025, according to Irina Ivanova, Deputy Director General for Foreign Economic Relations of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The purpose of the visit is to take part in the upcoming meeting of the Azerbaijan-Belarus Intergovernmental Commission, as per domestic media.

"New documents will be signed within the framework of the meeting. This will give an additional impetus to the development of bilateral cooperation," Ivanova stated, highlighting the expected boost to economic and political ties between the two countries.
