Azerbaijan, Qatar discuss issues of mutual interest

The eighth edition of Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2024), organised by the Qatar Armed Forces, is being held.

 The delegation led by Azerbaijani Deputy Defence Minister, Director General Agil Gurbanov is on a visit to Qatar. The delegation views the stands of Qatar’s Barzan Holdings and its subordinate companies within the conference. A meeting with CEO of Barzan Holdings Abdullah Al-Khater was held, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Caliber.Az.

Several issues of mutual interest were thoroughly discussed at the meeting.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar, and proudly hosted and organised by Qatar Armed Forces, the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition & Conference (DIMDEX) is reputed as one of the leading events on the international defence and security industry calendar.

The eighth edition of DIMDEX will be held between the 4th and 6th March 2024.
