Azerbaijan raises electricity production

Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov has announced about an increase in electricity production over the first quarter of this year.

“According to operational data for the first quarter, electricity production increased by 7.7 per cent, amounting to 7.756,2 billion kWh, exports to 1.238,9 billion kWh and imports to 31.3 million kWh,” Caliber.Az quotes the minister as tweeting on April 12.
