Azerbaijan ratifies air transport agreement with Rwanda

The Azerbaijani Milli Majlis (Parliament) has approved the draft law on the ratification of the "Agreement on air connection between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda," marking a step forward in bilateral aviation cooperation.

The draft law was included on the agenda of the parliamentary plenary session held on December 16 and successfully passed, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The agreement, which was signed in Baku on September 20, 2025, aims to strengthen air connectivity between the two countries, facilitating commercial flights, enhancing passenger and cargo transport, and promoting closer economic and diplomatic ties.
