Azerbaijan reaffirms support for Georgia’s territorial integrity

Azerbaijan has reaffirmed its support for a peaceful resolution to the conflict in Georgia, emphasising the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognised borders.

“We reaffirm our full support for the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Georgia based on the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity within internationally recognized borders,” Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a post on X, Caliber.Az reports.

The ministry also highlighted Azerbaijan’s strategic partnership and close neighbourly relations with Georgia, saying Baku remains committed to further strengthening the longstanding ties between the two countries.
