Azerbaijan’s Agdam, Fuzuli & Khojavand districts get new presidential deputy envoy

Eldar Seyidov has been appointed a deputy special representative of the Azerbaijani president for Agdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavand districts.

Before this new role, Eldar Seyidov served as the chief counselor to the Azerbaijani president’s special representative for the same districts, Caliber.Az reports via local media, citing the representative’s office.
