Azerbaijan’s Air Force undergoes rigorous inspection to boost combat readiness PHOTO
Lieutenant General Namig Islamzada, Deputy Minister of Defence of Azerbaijan and Commander of the Air Force, has visited Air Force military units to inspect service and combat activities, as well as assess the quality of winter preparedness.
During discussions with personnel, it was emphasized that, under the leadership of Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, comprehensive reforms within the Armed Forces have yielded highly combat-ready units, fully equipped with modern military hardware, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.
Special emphasis was also placed on the continued training and professional development of personnel.
Lieutenant General Islamzada issued instructions aimed at increasing both the intensity and quality of training and exercises throughout the training period. These measures are designed to further enhance combat readiness, elevate the professional skills of personnel, and ensure practical proficiency in operating the modern weapons and equipment assigned to the units.
