Azerbaijan’s defence minister congratulates Army on Novruz, Ramadan

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov, extended his greetings to the nation’s armed forces on the occasions of Novruz and Ramadan.

As Caliber.Az reports, citing the Ministry of Defence, Hasanov wished servicemen robust health and success in their demanding yet honorable and sacred service to the homeland.

He emphasized that during these festive days, the Azerbaijani people pay deep respect to the memory of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence, the restoration of territorial integrity, and the preservation of sovereignty.

The minister also underscored that, thanks to the attention and care of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, ongoing efforts are being made to improve the social and living conditions of martyrs’ families and address their needs.
