Azerbaijan's military reservists complete intensive training, receive recognition PHOTO/VIDEO

The training camps for military reservists in Azerbaijan, conducted as part of the 2025 training plan and in collaboration with the State Service for Mobilization and Recruitment for Military Service, have successfully concluded.

The Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan told Caliber.Az that a closing ceremony marked the completion of the training sessions.

The ceremony began with a moment of silence in honour of national leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan's independence and territorial integrity. The National Anthem of Azerbaijan was also played.

At the ceremony, speakers emphasized that the training camp had focused on both theoretical and practical instruction. Military conscripts underwent formation, tactical, military-medical, special training, and more. The camp’s aim was to enhance the combat skills of the conscripts. As part of the training plan, the conscripts were familiarized with the tactical and technical specifications, operational procedures, and combat application methods of modern weapons and military equipment used by the Azerbaijani army.

Additionally, the moral and psychological state of the conscripts was evaluated, with educational talks fostering national values, patriotism, and statehood.

It was noted that all objectives of the training camp had been successfully met. At the end of the ceremony, certificates of honour were awarded to a group of individuals who had excelled during the training.
