Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defence delegation attends DIMDEX-2024 exhibition

A delegation under the leadership of Azerbaijan's Deputy Defence Minister, Director General Agil Gurbanov, is on a visit to Qatar for participation in the 8th International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX-2024) in Doha.

As part of the visit, Gurbanov had a meeting with Haluk Gergün, Chairman of the Turkish Defence Industry Committee, the ministry told Caliber.Az.

During the meeting, they underlined the importance of further developing cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the military-technical field and had a detailed exchange of views on joint production and new projects.

The Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX-2024) is a key event for the international maritime defence and security industry, which brings together defence technology leaders from around the globe to engage in three days of commercial exchange.

The exhibition will last until March 6.
