Azerbaijan’s parliament leadership and MPs honor martyrs at Victory Park PHOTO

Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis leadership, MPs and parliamentary staff visited Victory Park in Baku to mark September 27, Remembrance Day.

The delegation included First Deputy Speaker of the Milli Majlis Ali Ahmadov, along with Deputy Speakers Ziyafat Asgarov, Musa Gasimli and Rafael Huseynov, parliamentary committee chairs, MPs, Head of the Milli Majlis Administration Farid Hajiyev, as well as heads and deputy heads of structural divisions of the Administration and Office of Affairs.

They laid fresh flowers at the Victory Monument in the park and paid tribute to the memory of the martyrs who gave their lives for Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
