Azerbaijan’s parliament speaker arrives in Oman for official visit Photo

Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, arrived in the Sultanate of Oman on January 28 for an official visit.

The Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation was warmly received at Muscat International Airport by Mohammad bin Salim As-Suleymani, Member of the Parliamentary Friendship Group on Azerbaijan in Oman’s Consultative Assembly, alongside other members of the Consultative Assembly, Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Oman Rashad Ismayilov, and senior officials, Caliber.Az reports, citing the parliament's press service. 

During the visit, Speaker Gafarova is scheduled to hold a series of meetings with Omani officials, aimed at strengthening bilateral parliamentary relations and exploring avenues for closer cooperation between the two countries.
