Azerbaijan's political parties issues statement in support of localised anti-terrorist operations

Political parties have adopted a statement in support of localised anti-terrorist operations carried out by Azerbaijan against Armenia's military threats to Azerbaijan's constitutional order.

The political parties of Azerbaijan that signed the statement said they support the provision of territorial integrity and security of the population by the President, the victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the suppression of provocations of Armenian armed formations, the policy pursued to ensure the safety of thousands of fellow citizens living in the liberated territories, the military orders of the head of state, and are closely united around him, APA reports.

The parties called on the Azerbaijani people to stand in solidarity, as they did during the Second Garabagh War (2020), and to support the president, the supreme commander-in-chief.

The statement was signed by 23 parties, including “Yeni Azerbaijan”, “Ana Vatan”, “Civil Solidarity Party”, “Popular Front Party of United Azerbaijan”, “Party of Great Creation”, “Party of Democratic Reforms”, “Unity”, “Party Justice", "Azerbaijan Democratic Party", "Umid", etc.
