Azerbaijan's reservists participate in special forces training session PHOTO / VIDEO

Azerbaijan recently held a training session for reservists at a Special Forces unit, in coordination with the State Service for Mobilisation and Conscription, as part of the 2025 training plan.

The session began with classes introducing reservists to military regulations and safety procedures, Caliber.Az reports citing the Defence Ministry.

This was followed by practical exercises at the training centre, covering physical fitness, tactical-special skills, and reconnaissance techniques.

Officials said the primary aim of the training was to enhance combat readiness, update reservists on new military knowledge, and strengthen their practical skills.
