Azerbaijan’s SOFAZ reports $364 million in Shah Daniz revenues Despite significant drop

The State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) has announced that revenues from the sale of gas and condensate from the Shah Daniz field reached $364.465 million.

This figure marks a notable decrease of 3.1 times compared to the same period last year, Caliber.Az reports.

The report from SOFAZ highlights a substantial reduction in earnings, with revenues from the sale of condensate alone totalling $113.878 million—a decline of 2.3 times from the previous year.

The decrease in revenues reflects broader market conditions and fluctuations in global energy prices, impacting the overall financial performance of the Shah Daniz field.
