Azerbaijan says no citizens reported killed or injured in Iran

Aykhan Hajizada, head of the press service department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, said no information has been received indicating that Azerbaijani citizens are among those killed or injured in recent attacks in Iran.

Responding to an inquiry from APA News Agency, Hajizada said the ministry has not received any reports suggesting that Azerbaijani nationals were affected in the strikes.

According to the latest available figures, the number of people killed as a result of the attacks on Iran has exceeded 1,230.
