Azerbaijan showcases tourism potential at international fair in Algeria PHOTO

Azerbaijan’s tourism potential, cultural heritage and development achievements were highlighted at the Algeria International Fair (FIA), held at the Algiers Exhibition Centre (SAFEX).

The opening ceremony was attended by Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, government officials, foreign diplomats and business representatives, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

The Azerbaijani Embassy presented a dedicated national stand at the exhibition, featuring video presentations showcasing the country’s history, rich cultural heritage, tourism opportunities and modern development.

Visitors were also provided with publications covering Azerbaijan’s history, culture, tourism sector, economy, and the state of Azerbaijani-Algerian relations.

The embassy noted that Azerbaijan’s participation in the exhibition is important for promoting the country internationally, strengthening bilateral ties with Algeria, and expanding economic and cultural cooperation between the two countries.
