Azerbaijan, Somalia eye cooperation within international organisations PHOTO

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov received his Somali counterpart Abdisalam Abdi Ali on July 24.

The Somali minister is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports per the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry on X.

The two ministers then held a tête-à-tête meeting where they discussed the current state and future prospects of Azerbaijan-Somalia relations. The talks also covered regional dynamics and opportunities to enhance cooperation within various international organisations.

Both sides expressed a commitment to deepening diplomatic ties and expanding collaboration on shared global and regional challenges. 

The visit marks a significant step in strengthening bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Somalia.
