Azerbaijan, Tajikistan discuss expansion of military-technical cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence Industry Vugar Mustafayev has met with Tajik Ambassador to the country Ilhom Abdurahmon to discuss expansion of military-technical cooperation between the two countries.

Minister Mustafayev pointed out mutual respect and trust between the governments of Azerbaijan and Tajikistan, and high level of cooperation in political, economic and other spheres. The minister underlined the importance of organizing reciprocal visits of defence industry specialists, the ministry told Caliber.Az.

The ambassador assured that he would spare no effort to further develop bilateral relations between the two countries.

The sides noted that the expansion of military-technical cooperation between the companies of the military-industrial complex of Tajikistan and the enterprises of the Ministry of Defence Industry of Azerbaijan is one of the key priority areas.
