Azerbaijan to create polling stations in liberated lands

Chairman of the Azerbaijani Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov has said that polling stations will be created in the Azerbaijani territories liberated from occupation, where 20,000 voters will be able to vote for the first time.

Panahov made these remarks at the CEC meeting, Report informs.

He noted that special attention will be paid to elections in the liberated territories.

“Taking into account military units, there are about 20,000 voters in the liberated territories. These people will vote for the first time in the liberated territories. This event will go down in history,” Panahov said.
