Azerbaijan, Türkiye focus on strengthening strategic partnership
Azerbaijani Ambassador Rashad Mammadov has received Head of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group Shamil Ayrim in the Azerbaijani embassy in Ankara to discuss the current level of strategic partnership.
Mammadov shared details of the meeting on his official X page, highlighting the satisfaction with the current level of strategic partnership between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports.

The ambassador also wrote that there was an exchange of views on how to strengthen parliamentary cooperation.
Earlier, Ayrim said that the award of the medal on behalf of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is a recognition of the efforts of all those working to strengthen the Turkish-Azerbaijani solidarity and develop joint initiatives. Ayrim was commenting on the presentation of the commemorative medal "100th Anniversary of Heydar Aliyev (1923–2023)" to him. He emphasised that the award inspires him to complete the ongoing projects and promote the exemplary relations between the fraternal countries.
