Azerbaijan, Türkiye seal results of high-level military talks in Baku photo
The 17th meeting of the Azerbaijan–Türkiye High-Level Military Dialogue has concluded in Baku, according to information provided by Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence to Caliber.Az.
As part of the dialogue, meetings were held across various departments of the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, as well as at the National Defence University. These discussions focused on strengthening bilateral engagement across multiple defence-related domains.
The two sides reviewed the state and prospects of cooperation in the military, military-technical, and military-educational spheres, along with other relevant areas. A comprehensive exchange of views took place on experience-sharing, the organisation of joint military exercises, personnel training, and the expansion of practical interaction.
Participants also addressed issues of regional and international security, emphasising the importance of closer coordination. In addition, discussions covered ways to improve the effectiveness of existing cooperation mechanisms and to align plans for future joint activities.
During the final session, the chairs of the working subgroups presented reports summarising the outcomes of their respective discussions. Following these presentations, the co-chairs signed a joint protocol, formally consolidating the agreements reached during the 17th session of the Azerbaijan–Türkiye High-Level Military Dialogue.
