This encounter between the two defence ministers underscores the ongoing strong military and strategic ties between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, with both nations seeking to strengthen their collaboration in regional security matters.
The Antalya Diplomacy Forum, an influential platform for global leaders and diplomats, provided the ideal setting for these high-level discussions.
Hosted in the Turkish resort city of Antalya, the forum is organized under the patronage of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The event gathers over 20 heads of state and government, more than 50 foreign ministers, over 70 ministers, and around 60 senior representatives from international organizations, with a total of approximately 4,000 participants, including students.
Throughout the forum, over 50 sessions in various formats will address a wide range of topics, spanning from regional issues in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Latin America to key global challenges such as climate change, counterterrorism, humanitarian aid, digitization, food security, and artificial intelligence.
