Azerbaijan-Türkiye trade rises nearly 10% in first four months of 2026

Azerbaijan imported goods worth $764.3 million from Türkiye between January and April 2026, marking a 9.6% increase compared with the same period last year, according to data cited from the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly.

The figures show that Türkiye’s exports to Azerbaijan accounted for around 1% of its total global exports during the four-month period, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

In April alone, Türkiye exported $212.5 million worth of goods to Azerbaijan, reflecting a 4.7% year-on-year increase.

The report also highlighted Türkiye’s largest export destinations during the period, with Germany receiving $6.77 billion worth of goods (+7.2%), followed by the United Kingdom with $4.61 billion (+11.1%) and Italy with $4.50 billion (+7.6%).
