Azerbaijan, UAE expand defence ties at first joint committee session

The inaugural meeting of the Joint Committee on Military Cooperation between the Ministries of Defence of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates was held in Abu Dhabi.

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defence confirmed the information to Caliber.Az.

The sides reviewed the current level of military cooperation between the two countries and discussed prospects for its further development. They also conducted a detailed exchange of views on a range of issues of shared interest.

The meeting concluded with the signing of the “Protocol of the Meeting of the Joint Committee on Military Cooperation between the Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates.”
